Day 1 (Sat)

1030-1230: Basic safety and Introduction to boathouse,
Ergometer-correct rowing action,
Boats down to water (Virus training boats - basic skills)

Lunch 1230-1400 in 'Boathouse' Pub (Lunch and drinks not included in Price)

1400-1600: Second Virus boat training session.

Day 2 (Sun)

1030-1230: Third Virus boat training session.

Lunch 1230-1400 in ‘Boathouse’ Pub (Lunch and drinks not included in Price)

1400-1600: Final water session and course critique.

Notes:

1. This course is intended for adults only (18 or over) and applicants must be able to swim 50m.

2. Applicants must sign temporary membership form for insurance purposes for course duration.
