MBRC offers members of the public the opportunity to pursue the sport of rowing at all levels from recreational through to international standard competition.

We act as ambassadors for the sport and the city of Bath by representing the City at many rowing and charitable events throughout the UK and abroad. We are also active in the field of disability and are registered with rowing’s governing body, the Amateur Rowing Association, as a club which offers inclusive participation in the sport. We have established positive relationships with groups across the community including those representing people with special needs.

Throughout the year we run a number of  Learn 2 Row courses.
Learn to Row courses are specifically designed to introduce complete novices to the sport of rowing. All aspects of rowing are covered, sculling, rowing, training, ergo (Rowing Machine) technique. If you are interested and want to have a go please get in contact with the Club Captain (Contact Us Page), alternatively come down to the club Sundays/Tuesdays at the times above.
Look out for specific Learn 2 Row dates on this site, in the local press and on posters in the local sports centres.  Next Course - To be announced.
