| All entries must be received on appropriate entry form no later than 2 weeks before the event date, entries received after this date will be discarded. Once entries have been received and processed they cannot be cancelled | ||

| Entries must contain valid ARA numbers, Name of Cox, Event and Cheque payable to Minerva Competition Account. Incomplete entries will not be entered | ||

| Henley | If you want to enter events not on the regular circuit, please provide Team manager with all the event details. Event Name, Seat Price, Regatta Contact and address. | |

| Entry fee is currently £12.00 per 1st entry, additional events are charged at £7.00 per event. A deduction of £1.00 is made for 1 outing fee per day and £4.00 for transport. Refunds or additional charges will be made in your monthly bills. | ||
